Carlos Antelo

Carlos Antelo publishes software under the GitHub handle anteloc. His public work includes LDrawNova and jev-rerank, connecting agent-driven creation with semantic search. The projects provide a more concrete introduction to his interests than the brief biography on his profile.

LDrawNova turns a model idea into a digital LEGO-style design expressed in the LDraw format. An agent searches for suitable parts and examples, builds the model, and produces views and editable output. The repository also describes exports that can be opened in Blender.

A designer can use it to explore a concept, guide revisions, and inspect the resulting geometry from different angles. Running the application requires its documented setup; optional semantic reranking uses a separate service, with ordinary text search as a fallback. The generated model is a digital design that still needs review before a physical build.

Antelo is worth following because this work makes agent decisions visible in a creative process. The interesting question is how well searching, assembling, and revising parts can become a useful design assistant. The published demonstration offers a direct look at the workflow, alongside the code and sample models.
