AxiomCode Graph

A rule-based map of code relationships for tracing callers, exploring change impact, and selecting relevant tests.

Where to follow the work

AxiomCode Graph builds a structured map of a repository and exposes ways to explore the relationships between functions, files, and tests. Its public implementation combines language analysis with rules so a developer or coding agent can ask how a change connects to the surrounding code.

A practical starting point is a refactor: identify a function, trace its callers, inspect related files, and consider which tests exercise the changed path. The team’s website demonstrates context queries and call paths. The public repository supplies the setup instructions and language-maturity details.

A graph can still contain unresolved calls or incomplete language coverage. The team publishes evaluation methods and reported measurements, but a selected test set can be a lower bound when relationships remain unresolved. Use it to support code review and testing decisions while retaining the broader checks appropriate to the change.
